Effective 3/24/26 Tim’s Lawn & Landscape Service Inc. (TLS) will cease day to day operations as our company has been acquired by C & C Custom Lawn Care of Mt. Airy MD. The decision has come with much personal, professional deliberation, soul searching, and discussion.

In 1994 at the age of 11, I was an aspiring drummer looking to buy more drum equipment. I took on the task of mowing my neighbor’s lawn and had no idea 32 years later what TLS would become. With the partnership of my father (Tim Sr.), we took off running, working day and night, weekends etc. to build our business. After 32 years, we have positioned ourselves as one of the top companies in the surrounding area with some of the best clients, more like friends, where some of which have been with us for almost 30 years. We have always strived to be the most professional, reliable, and customer friendly company in the area (All of these same traits I have seen with C & C Custom Lawn Care for many years).  Our branding of just being known as “TLS” worked out exactly how we had planned. We here at TLS are so grateful for the wonderful years and even better clients that we have- Thank you!

I will personally be involved in the smooth transition as C & C Custom Lawn Care assumes total control of the production and administrative responsibilities related to servicing your property as their very valued client. We have spent an extraordinary amount of time ensuring that the transition will be smooth, will benefit you, and one which we can be comfortable with as you, our client, are very important to myself and my entire staff. Crews under the name of C&C Custom Lawn Care will continue to provide service to your property as normally scheduled and offer even more services benefitting you our valued client.

It is with great happiness of the opportunities that await me and my family now that I turn over the reins of TLS to C&C Custom Lawn Care to service your property and continue the wonderful relationships that we have built. I truly feel that C&C Custom Lawn Care will be a great fit for our clients and will be able to provide better service and provide opportunities without restrictions that I have personally felt and seen here at TLS as trying to work my other career as professional firefighter for the past 14 years. I sincerely thank you each one of you for your dedication, support and trust that you have placed in our company, it is the nicest compliment we could ever receive. Owning TLS has been an incredible journey with more Ups then downs along the way, but I look forward to the future and taking a break from wearing a green and tan uniform!
